the laundry company. is not responsible for missed attempts for reasons other than academic commitments. Members should contact Erin if an academic commitment or conflict arises.
It is vital that members pick up and drop off their laundry at their scheduled time; the laundry company is not obligated to wait beyond the scheduled pick-up and drop-off times. Members are allowed to pick up or drop off laundry at any location.
the laundry company. does not accept wet items - towels, washcloths, clothing, et al. Any damp items should be placed in a plastic bag before being placed in the laundry company. laundry bag. We are not responsible for color transfer due to wet or damp clothing placed in the laundry bag.
Please refrain from sending items that have come in contact with Benzoyl Peroxide - stains on fabrics are common because of the treatment's bleaching effect. the laundry company. does not allow bleaching products in the workroom.
Laundry must be free of all household chemicals - most acne medicines, disinfectants and surface cleaners, bleach, nail polish, and nail polish remover.

the laundry company. does not launder formal attire - evening gowns, sport coats, ties, et al. the laundry company. cannot wash an item with a dry clean only tag.
Beginning in the fall of 2025, the laundry company. will provide free pick up and delivery of all dry clean only items to and from a local and respected dry cleaner. the laundry company does not dry clean in-house. Inventory sheets with pricing per item to dry clean will be available June 1, 2025.

Please refrain from sending the following: sneakers, hats, heavy jackets, comforters, pillows, and blankets larger than twin. We offer comforter cleaning at the end of each semester for an additional fee.
the laundry company. does not launder leather products - we do accept pleather items.

the laundry company. is not responsible for articles of clothing that shrink, bleed, or are affected by normal washing.
We reserve the right to refuse cleaning any item.
Laundry must be sanitary and not include sanitary napkins, Thinx or similar items, used prophylactics, excess dirt and debris, feces, urine, blood, or vomit, beyond traces normally found in household laundry. Violators will have their laundry returned to them “as is”.

While we are known for our stain removal process, the laundry company. cannot guarantee the removal of all stains.

Members are asked to prep their laundry each week. We ask that members please take a few minutes each week to check pockets and turn items right side out. - especially socks! Members will receive a mesh bag for socks - this ensures no sock is left behind.​

the laundry company. is not responsible for loss or damage to any personal items left in items of clothing. Members should check pockets during laundry prep.

Under no circumstances are members allowed to share their laundry company. services. The only laundry that should be dropped off each week is the laundry of the registered member.

Twenty-five pounds is the maximum amount of laundry allowed each week. Unused pounds cannot be carried over to the next week.

the laundry company. will charge an overage fee of $1.75 for each pound of laundry that exceeds the applicable plan limit, billed to the credit card on file. Members are responsible for these fees, which will be charged immediately and before items are laundered. Members are allowed and encouraged to use the laundry company. scale at their drop off location to check laundry bag weight prior to drop off. An itemization of charges will be available upon request.
A $15 replacement fee will be charged for all lost or damaged laundry bags. Please be kind to your bags - bags that are dragged across the parking lot will tear and possibly damage your clothing!

​Cancellation and Refund Policy -
Cancel anytime before August 24, 2025 for a full refund.
​August 24, 2025 - Last day to cancel service with a cancellation fee of $100.
August 31, 2025 - Last day to cancel service with 25% charge.
September 7, 2025 - Last day to cancel service with a 50% charge.
September 14, 2025 - Last day to cancel service with 100% charge.​​
Please allow 2 - 4 weeks for refunds to process.
